In Coach Days' classes, the focus is movement education. The student focus is on motor development and motor skills. This focus will help the student develop locomotor and non- locomotor movements. In order to work on these skills, the teacher will ensure that the student does activities that include stationary exercise and movements which develop non- locomotor activities. In addition, the student will do Just Dance, movement exercises, and modified sports activities to develop locomotor movements. To add, Coach Days encourages students and staff to eat healthy and make physical fitness a lifestyle.
