It is my pleasure to welcome you to the 2022-2023 school year. I am pleased to announce that I will be your Child's Third Grade Teacher. 
 I am Mrs. Daina Foote-Bartley and I have been an educator for the past 17 years. This will be my fourth year at West Lee Elementary as a cultural exchange teacher. 
I am looking forward to an exciting time this year as I get to know more about each student so I can be of better service. Lessons will be planned geared towards students' needs so that they will be able to maximize their true potential.
