Thanks for checking out the computer lab web site! My name is Ms. Angela Payne and I teach the computer curriculum for class levels Kindergarten (K) through 5th grade. I have been teaching in the computer lab for 16 years now and just love, love, love it! I earned my BS in Business Administration from Morris College, Sumter, SC . I am interested in spending time with my family, traveling to new places ,reading, computers (obviously), and listening to music.
I am very happy to welcome you and give you a peek at what goes on here in the computer
lab.
Our goal at West Lee Elementary School is to teach students about computer basics and Internet Safety. Students have access to website learning tools such as Study Island, Reading Eggs and Edmentum. These are just a few of the many sites dedicated to student learning in the classroom.
In the computer lab, we also strive to reinforce what students are learning in the classroom. This is done by practicing Math and Language Art skills on education web-sites.
